Winter temperatures are getting lower every day. In the cold winter, using PAM (PAM) will encounter such problems. These problems have affected the use effect to a certain extent and plagued our customers. How can we get out of this dilemma?

1. The temperature is lowered, which affects the dissolution rate of PAM and the extension of molecular chains. At room temperature, it takes about 45 minutes for PAM dry powder to dissolve. In summer, the temperature is high, the dissolution rate will be accelerated, and the dissolution time will be shortened. In winter, the temperature is low, the dissolution rate is slow, and the dissolution time will increase. It is recommended that when PAM is used in winter, the dissolution time of PAM is increased at the same concentration, so that the PAM dry powder can be completely dissolved and the molecular chain can be completely extended.

2. Dissolve PAM dry powder using water with relatively high temperature. It is recommended to use groundwater to dissolve. Because the temperature of the groundwater in winter is relatively high, the dissolution rate can be increased when the PAM is dissolved, and the PAM can be dissolved more completely.

3. In the case of low temperature in winter, the activity of suspended particles of wastewater is relatively reduced, which has a certain influence on the adsorption capacity of PAM. Under such circumstances, the reaction distance of PAM and wastewater can be prolonged, and the reaction time can be increased, so that PAM can also be made. It reacts well with the wastewater and has a good effect.
